What is it?

A Small Editing Program for Matrix Reloaded images.

Features:
Loads UPD/BIN/ARJ
Saves UPD/BIN/ARJ
Imports softkey files and then updates the keys in the loaded image
Exports the keys from an image into a softcam(ish) format
(meaning it's not 100% the same as it doesn't contain the comment lines)
Programs the MutzNutz in portable mode
Allows you to Edit the keys for the providers
Allows you to split to funcard files.
Also features a particularly bad Icon.

How to use it:

Run, load file, program MutzNutz.
OR
Run, load file, edit keys, program MutzNutz or Split or export keylist etc...

Release History:

Version 1.02 - 19 Feb 2004
Just a few quick changes-
1. Slight fix to editor in that the 1.06 files now work (as well as the 1,xxs)
2. Change of the ARJ file to a version that doesn't time expire.
3. Bug fix in the SAVE option in that keys were not updated in the binary
unless some split or MutzNutz option was carried out first.

I looked into another reported bug - that FUN6 files were not created correctly but
was unable to reproduce the fault. Will have another look when I get back from the USA.

Version 1.01 - 9 December 2003
1. Fixed the algorithm for converting Binary files to UPD (should read my own
docs some times). This now works correctly.
2. Loading of keyfiles now includes softkey option as previous version was
actually the text version - DOH!
3. Key loading now displays how many keys were altered.
4. Provider ID's can be changed.
5. A slightly less cack icon. (Very subjective)
6. Keys are not overwritten if they are all 0's

Version 1.00 - 5 December 2003
Should do most of the things properly.

Any bugs then email me at duck@wedzboyz.com

You need the following files in the same directory as the executable:
arj32.exe - to create the UPD files from the BIN (and vice versa)
CLIST.TXT - this is the channel provider list
MATRIX_HEAD.BIN - this is the standard 0x20000 bytes at the start of a bin image.

Bugs:
I leave a few files hanging about in the same directory as it runs from. It also creates
a directory called 'Release' in the same place.

Possible bugs:
The Funcard Split option is a bit awful and needs tidying up.
My spliter produces a slightly different final split file from other splitters - but I don't update
with funcards so cannot really test it properly :-(
