Misschien kan iemand my helpen. Ik heb al sinds een week of 2 problemen met mijn newcs - opensasc-ng-mythtv combi, die tijden lang goed gewerkt heeft, maar nu niet meer.

 

Ik ik krijg errors bij het decoderen van de normale Nederlandse zenders. De andere kanalen werken prima.

 

Ik heb al niewe scan van de kanalen gedaan, open-sasc-ng opnieuw cecompileerd maar nog geen oplossing. het vreemde is dat ik soms wel even een 'correct key found' krijg op de Nederlandse kanalen.

 

Zie hier een stukje log. eerst de tune op SBS, daarna op Discovery, met een 'correct key found'

Ik zelf dacht dat het aan de

lag, maar de enige oplossing die ik gevonden heb ik de wiki is het buffer te vergroten, dat heeft alleen geen verbetering gegeven.

De keys zijn nu verlopen. Als kaartupdates altijd gewerkt hebben, kan het misschien zijn dat de smartcard niet goed in de kaartlezer zit?

Dat is nou net het gekke, eens per minuut komt er wel een kaart update door, alle andere updates geven inderdaad dat de kaart update niet successfull was.

 

Als ik ff op discovery kijk ofzo (een van de zenders die wel werkt) zijn alle keys netjes geupdate. Maar nog steeds geen beeld op de NL zenders.

Eindelijk iets verder gekomen, maar niet ideaal.

 

Als ik in de /cardclient.conf als protocol radegast ingeef, dan heb ik beeld op alle kanalen, maar geen EMM updates.

 

Als ik newcamd protocol aangeef krijg ik wel EMM updates maar geen beeld. Ik krijg de buffer overflow / undexpected errors

Werd dit ooit opgelost? Ik krijg nu hetzelfde probleem, ook met 1.65.

 

(Ik heb geprobeerd 1.67rc1 te gebruiken, maar die crashte telkens als sasc-ng een ecm aanvroeg)

Zo te zien crashed newcs op info van je kaart !

Mocht er geen update voor newcs komen die dit probleem oplost.

Kun je eens een andere kaart van ziggo proberen die deze problemen niet heeft. Voor zover ik weet zijn er verschillende kaarten bij ziggo misschien heb je geluk.

Ohw, het is eigenlijk een TV Vlaanderen kaart, veel kaart-keuze heb ik dus niet.

 

(Het was niet mijn bedoeling om de thread te hijacken, maar ik dacht dat we nogal dezelfde symptomen hadden.)

 

Met newcs 1.65 crasht hij trouwens niet, het doorsturen van de key lukt gewoon niet.

Ik (en een collega) hebben hetzelfde probleem. De officiele smartcard van Ziggo werkt een week ongeveer met deze configuratie en dan zijn alleen de FTA kanalen nog te bekijken. Als de kaart vervolgens even in een settop-box zit, werkt hij weer (een week) als een zonnetje.

 

Is hier al een oplossing voor bekend?

dan zit je "probleem" hoogstwaarschijnlijk aan de NewCS kant maar kan eventueel ook aan de opensasc-ng kant zitten

 

* Welke type Ziggo kaart gebruiken jullie? (eerste 4 cijfers serie nummer van de kaart)

* Wat is je NewCS.xml?

* Wat staat er in je cardclient.conf?

 

Het zou kunnen dat je de CAM-KEY en CAM-DATA opties in je newcs.xml goed moet hebben staan om de EMM's goed te verwerken.

waarom via radegast in je cardclient.conf?? NewCS makt gebruik van het newcamd protocol (daar is het ook op gebouwd) dus waarom dan een afwijkend protocol gebruiken?

 

Je cam-data en key hangen af van je kaart serie. Je hebt er al een aantal staan zie ik.

 

Gebruik je chameleon2 echt? anders gewoon uitzetten zal ik zeggen.

En niet te vergeten, Radegast ondersteund volgens mij ook geen EMM's in combinatie met sasc-ng. Dus dat zou betekenen dat je kaart niet wordt geüpdate.

 

Als je gebruik maakt van newcamd, dan wel.
