    Hmm, nee dit soort problemen zegt mij zo niks , misschien dat iemand anders het weet ? je zou je vraag ook eens op het Pli forum kunnen stellen..

     

    Je zou kunnen proberen om je hardeschijf op fouten te controleren.

     

    Heb zelf ook wel eens hdd problemen gehad en toen het volgende uitgevoerd dmv een connectie met bijvoorbeeld putty naar de VU+.

     

    geef in in terminal her commando "dmesg |grep warning" (zonder de aanhaaltekens) en kijk of je fouten ziet die betrekking hebben op je HDD

     

    Als er fouten zijn kan je het volgende commando geven om dit te repareren...

     

    e2fsck /dev/sda1

     

    Ik hoop dat dit je kan helpen anders weet ik het zo niet...

    Bij opname SBS geen beeld op sommige zenders

    het is een andere discussie maar waarom moet je in vredesnaam iets van sbs opnemen? smile

    maar je hebt dus 2 kabels aangesloten op 2 tuners.
    hoe heb je de tuners zelf ingesteld in het menu?
    beide appart ingesteld of 1 gelijk aan ?

    De tuners zijn inderdaad afzonderlijk aangesloten , in het menu staan de tuners afzonderlijk geconfigureerd met de zelfde instellingen.

    Configuratie modus : eenvoudig
    mode : DiSEqC A/B/D/C
    Poort A: 19,2E Astra
    Poort B: 23,5E Astra
    Poort C: 28,2E Eurobird
    Poort D: Niets aangesoten
    Gebruik Voltage en 22KHz : Ja
    Verstuur DiSEqC enkel bij satelliet wijziging: Nee

    Bij opname SBS geen beeld op sommige zenders

    Beste mensen,

     

    Als ik van SBS 6 een opname start heb ik het probleem dat ik op sommige zenders geen beeld meer heb, o.a. op Ned 1 , Ned 3 en RTL 4.

     

    Ik heb dit probleem al heel lang maar ik heb hier nooit een oplossing voor gevonden, ongeacht welke image ik gebruik.

     

    Ik heb vanaf de schotel (een triplesat) 2 kabels verbonden aan de VU+. Ik heb beide kabels op zowel tuner A als op Tuner B geprobeerd.

     

    Kabel 1 aangesloten op tuner B met tuner a uitgeschakeld geeft beeld;

    Kabel 1 aangesloten op tuner A met tuner b uitgeschakeld geeft beeld;

     

    Kabel 2 aangesloten op tuner B met tuner a uitgeschakeld geeft beeld;

    Kabel 2 aangesloten op tuner A met tuner b uitgeschakeld geeft beeld.

     

    Dit lijkt dus allemaal goed.

     

    Herkent iemand dit probleem en nog belangrijker hoe los ik dit op? smile

    Ik had exact het zelfde probleem met streamen van DVD's , probleem kwam (volgens mij) overigens spontaan na altijd goed gewerkt te hebben... Het kan zijn dat ik een een keer een online update gedaan heb maar dat weet ik niet meer zeker

     

    Ik heb even een andere image geflashed om te kijken of het probleem daar ook voordoet, tot nu toe nog geen problemen , even een paar dagen aankijken...

    Was duidelijker geweest....

     

    Net even gekeken en ja dat klopt, hier ook zo...

     

    Ik maak altijd eerst een backup voordat ik een nieuwe image flash zo kan ik altijd binnen 1 minuut terug naar een werkende installatie in het geval dat bijvoorbeeld deze file problemen zou geven...

    Nieuw VIX Team image (OpenPli 2.0 based!)

    Yes, you read that correct. We have changed source (hence the long delay in release) to the Open PLi base. Many thanks to them for allowing us to use their base . If they wish to see any of the source code (without ViX specific enhancements of course ), just pm andyblac or Sicilian, and we will gladly send them on to them.

    Since this is a completely new base, you will have to do a full fresh flash. Online updates will not work!!! Also, you will not be able to restore your settings from ViX 1.3 to 2.0. You will have to manually configure your box, as in testing, this has proven to cause many problems and instabilities in the box!

    New Enhancements in v2.0

    As already stated, this version of the release has a completely new base. This has required a lot of recoding to get the ViX enchancements working in the new PLi base... Of course, the image has the same enhancements as previous images, apart from some new additions
    All new version number - Yup, we've moved on to version 2.0! This has nothing to do with the fact that the PLi version is 2.0... We felt that the addition of the dvb-t (wait for it keep reading ) warranted a brand new version number. This also puts the duo and solo in line number wise!
    VIX Duo 2.0 Bootlogos, Radio Logos and Shutdown Logos (thanks again Silver )
    Core changes to plugins and code to allow ViX features to work on Open PLi
    USB DTT - The one you've all been waiting for! To install dvb-t, you just need to go to the plugin menu, and select the stick you have. This will then install the drivers for your stick*. You will then need to restart your receiver. Once restarted, go to Menu -> Setup -> Service Starting -> Tuner Config, and you should notice Tuner C as your USB DTT...
    ViX Quick Event Info - This is the new way to receive the event info on the ViX image. Press OK button once to get the info bar up, press it once more (i.e. a second time) to receive the information about what is currently showing...
    New ViX Single EPG (with channel preview) - The is new and unique to vix, after you open the ViX single EPG (short RED) you can view the 7 day epg for that channel, now to see another channels epg, either use the Channel up/down buttons on your remote or just key in the channel number. if you want to preview the channel your currently viewing the EPG for (ie you want to see what the current program is like) just press 'OK' on your remote, this will change to that channel showing you the program in the small video window. if you don't like it, go find another channel to preview by keying in new channel number (or up/down buttons). or if you do like it and want to go fullscreen on it, just press 'OK' again. but if you feel you want to return to the original channel you where watching (whilst still in ViX Single EPG) just press 'EXIT" button, this will return to where you where before you entered ViX Single EPG)
    QuickEPG Updated to include channel preview - works as above
    Debug Logs - This is to enable a better idea of what's been happening with the image for any crashes ... If your box crashes, check the /home/root/ folder, and look for a file that has the date/time modified as to when the box crashed. This can help find any bugs/issues easier To enable/disable this option, go to the ViX Settings. To clear the debug logs, choose yes. This will just delete the debug logs once. If you want to delete the logs again, just go back in to the menu, and change to yes again...
    Bigger skin choice - OK, lots of people wanted a bigger choice of skins ... we've added lots more skins Also, most skins made for PLi 2.0 should work in ViX 2.0 also. If there are certain parts of the skin not edited for the ViX format (such as ViX menu, ViX Devices Manager, etc), then this should still work just fine. These menus have been hard coded to ensure that they will work if nothing included in to the skin...
    Added option to disable ViX coloured buttons - This should ensure that if users want to use MultiQuick button plugin, it should work without issue
    All of the PLi enhancements - This includes the infamous subtitles requested by many As well as auto audio/subtitle language selection, etc, etc).
    Please also note that USB / ESATA devices NEED there mount points setup in Device Manager (green button whilst in Device Manager) in order for them to work correctly.

    Bug Fixes in v2.0
    Motor moving image does not display - Fixed by Vu in latest drivers.
    Installing other skins may cause the box to get into an infinite loop - Since moving over to the PLi image, changes have been made to the way the image works with skins. Now, most skins created for the PLi image should work on the ViX image.

    Button Mappings
    Short Red** & *** - Show current channel EPG info (ViX Single EPG).
    Long Red*** - Show current event.
    Short Green** & *** - Timers.
    Long Green*** - AutoTimer Timers.
    Short Yellow*** - EPG Search.
    Long Yellow*** - IMDB Database.
    Short Blue - Extensions.
    Long Blue*** - Plugins Menu.
    EPG - Opens ViX EPG.
    Left/Right** - Opens ViX QuickEPG.

    Known Bugs
    Front VFD display showing the play button at the end of a video unless it is stopped manually - Problem with drivers, reported to VU+.
    Few problems with WebIf Remote Control coloured buttons in timeshift/playback mode - E.G. The blue button decides to fast forward, not show the extensions menu.
    Network mounts not remounting if the source goes offline - You should be able to go in to the network menu, and choose "Mount Again", but this doesn't seem to be working.

    Geen softcam support meer in VTI image

We will also be banning any kind of Softcam emulator config talk that discusses any type of card sharing, all be it LAN or WAN. We will only tolerate posts asking for help in using official paid smart-cards in one receiver.

     

    For now the Softcam manager will remain in the ViX Team images and will not be removed for the foreseeable future.

     

    We hope that you understand the situation and all abide by the new rules. Please note that this will not be up for discussion or debate.

    tunerprobleem na upgrade PLI

    Zou dit met mijn probleem te maken kunnen hebben ?

     

    Dit namelijk ook aangegeven op de Pli website:

    Wat gedaan / uitgesloten

     

    * In de setup afzonderlijk beide tuners uit en aan geschakeld.. beide geven beeld zowel tuner A als B

     

    * Bij het zappen naar een andere zender die wel beeld geeft wisselt in de skin, infobalk, de A naar de B en heb ik beeld

     

    * Bij de zenders die het niet doen zie ik zowel een A als een B maar geen van beide heeft een andere kleur om aan te geven dat deze aktief is.

     

    * Wissel ik naar een SD kanaal, bijvoorbeeld SBS 6 dan lukt het wel.

     

    Ik heb nu mijn voorkeurstuner op tuner B staan en heb dan geen problemen meer..

     

    Geen softcam support meer in VTI image

    Zojuist een mail ontvangen van het VTI team.. ze gaan stoppen met het ondersteunen van softcams in hun image... gelukkig was is al overgestapt naar OpenPli... hier het bericht in het duits..

    wie ihr euch denken könnt, haben wir uns, wie andere Forenbetreiber auch, mit der unsicheren rechtlichen Lage zu den SoftCams(EMU's) beschäftigt.

     

    Seit geraumer Zeit haben wir teamintern intensiv diskutiert und es wurden diverse Szenarien bewertet. Das Team ist einstimmig der Meinung, dass der Betrieb und der nachhaltige Ausbau dieses Forums unser erstes und wichtigstes Ziel ist. Alle Aktivitäten, welche dieses Ziel gefährden, schaden dem Forum langfristig.

     

    Wir sind zum Entschluss gekommen, dass wir den Support für SoftCams und deren Konfiguration einstellen werden. Dies betrifft auch das Homesharing.

     

    Uns ist klar, dass dieser Schritt bei einem Teil der Community wenig Begeisterung erzeugen wird. Es ist aber unvermeidbar und "Prävention" ist besser als "Reparation". Die möglichen Konsequenzen der Verbreitung von Softcams sind derzeit unklar, die Auswirkungen nicht absehbar und für eine Privatperson ist diese Situation letztendlich auch nicht tragbar.

     

    Daher ist folgendes zu beachten:

     

    Die entsprechenden Themenbereiche werden ab dem 24.01.2011 vom Board entfernt und stehen dann nicht mehr zur Verfügung.

    Im ersten Schritt werden alle auf dem FEED befindlichen Konfigurationspakete für Softcams gelöscht. Dies hat zur Folge das es beim Aufruf der Paketaktualsierung im CamCenter des VTIPanels zu einem GreenScreen kommt sobald die Pakete vom Feed entfernt sind und Ihr ein solches Konfigurationspaket vorher installiert habt.

    Jegliche Anfragen / Threads zu Softcams/Konfigurationsdateien können als Konsequenz nicht mehr geduldet werden. Bitte unterlasst Beiträge diesbezüglich, da wir gezwungen sind sie zu löschen und die Poster, welche dies ignorieren, entsprechend (ver)warnen.

    Links zu Webseiten mit entsprechenden Anleitungen sind ebenfalls nicht gestattet.

    Was mit den eigentlichen SoftCams passiert werden wir in den nachfolgenden Tagen entscheiden. Ihr werdet darüber rechtzeitig informiert.

    Ob die Unterstützung wieder Einzug ins Board halten wird ist offen und die Zeit wird zeigen, ob es wieder ermöglicht wird.

     

    Bitte habt daher Verständnis für diesen Schritt. Er fällt uns alles andere als leicht. Genau so sehr ist das Team aber auch von dessen Sinnhaftigkeit überzeugt.

     

    Die VU+ Boxen sind sehr versatil, erweiterungsfähig und werden vom Hersteller sehr gut supportet, zu dem wir einen guten Draht haben. Die User sind sehr aktiv, unterstützen sich gegenseitig und im Forum herrscht ein guter Ton. Das sind hervorragende alles "Zutaten" für eine erfolgreiche Zukunft und wir wollen daran intensiv weiterarbeiten.
