Hulp nodig voor Nokia9800s

Beste Nokia experts

Ik heb aantal keren geprobeerd om mijn ontvanger 9800s te updaten met nieuwe software ma1.3dl maar het is mij niet gelukt. Ik gebruik kabel (RS232) van 9 pinnen. Ik heb de pinnen met elkaar verbonden als hier beschreven is.

Ik heb de update proces gevolgd zoals hier beneden beschreven is. Op het moment dat hij wil beginnen met download krijg ik een melding dat er geen communicatie mogelijk is met "set top box". Ik heb ook de datatransportsnelheid verandert van standaart naar 19200 bit/s. Ik heb van alles wat ik weet geprobeerd maar het is niet gelukt. Wat doe ik fout, of er is iets moest ik doen en heb ik niet gedaan? A.U.B help mij.

 

1. The PC and the Mediamaster with a zero modem cables connect.

2. If existing, remove all tickets(maps) and the Ci modules from the Receiver.

3. Now, please, turn on the Receiver and wait to a channel number is indicated.

4. Start Serialserver.exe, put Com Port (the Serialserver there is in the Downloadcenter).

5. Call proficient goods *.dl; menu: file> Load image

6. Now click on " start download ".

Now there comes a PopUp window " Pleas restart your Mediamaster "

however, this message do not confirm but,

7. Pull the net plug in the 9800s and again pocket.

8. Now the download of the proficient goods (approx. 19-20 minutes) begins

9. Never break off the download.

 

As long as the Bootloader exists, a download of the proficient goods should be always possible. If the download does not want to start, with point 6 confirm the dialogue window " Pleas restart your Mediamaster " nevertheless, and then pull the net plug and again pocket.
