Nieuwe Beta software voor de TF5000/5500PVR

1. IRD Status

(1) System ID : 406

(2) Loader Version : L4.06

(3) Device Version : v5.2.69

(4) Application Version : TF-NCPC 5.11.85/TF-NPC 5.11.85

(5) Last Update : Jun 02 2005

 

2. Improvements of this version

(1) The MP3 files with two ID3 headers can be playback from this version.

(2) The Prev/Next keys can be used in the status of timeshift bar to move the playback position

to the start of timeshift buffer or live picture.

The Prev/Next mean the positioning keys of PIP sub-picture (|< or >|).

(3) The current time will be shown in the "Timer Setting" menu.

(4) There was no sound in case of MP3 playback with pin code window. It is fixed.

(5) The service was not changed with V- key in case of the service count under 4 in EPG. It is fixed.

(6) There was some cases that all the services were grayed in the service list while recording.

It may be fixed :-)

(7) The descrambling problem in the multifeed services is fixed.

(8) Some new TAP functions are supported.

Please refer to the new TAP document which will be avaialbe in several days.

(9) The system hanged up when the EPG key was pressed in the file list while playback.

It is fixed.

(10) The system did not check the collision of recording reservation after changing the duration

in the "End of Recording" window. It is fixed.

(11) The subtitle was not erased in some cases. It is fixed.

(12) The recording file with the recording time less than 1 minute will be deleted.

Some previous firmwares had this problem.

(13) The recording file name might be "***-2" even though there is no file of "***". It is fixed.

Some previous firmwares had this problem.

(14) Dual descrambling in PIP is supported with the dual descambling CAM such as some versions of Aston CAM.

(15) You can set the second audio and subtitle language.

These selections will be activated if there is no track for the first language.

(16) There was some display problem in the file list in case of some special characters in the file name.

It is fixed.

(17) The system hanged up when pressing OK key in "Conditional Access" menu. (TF5500PVR only)

It is fixed. The last firmware had this problem.

(18) There were the problems of freezing sub-picture or diabling timeshift in case of exchanging main-picture and sub-picture

which is the service of different TP from the main picture.

It is fixed.

(19) The system hanged up in case of a very long time of turbo mode in Altair. It is fixed.

(20) The system hanged up in case of starting recording with "Enrty Information" window.It is fixed.

(21) The packet data of new PID was omitted if the PID information was changed at the starting point of recording.

It is fixed.

(22) There were some cases that it is impossible to activate the copy function for the recorded file.

If you tried to copy the file at this case, the 0 MB file was created.

No file will be made from this version.

Heb je al getest of die bug eruit is?

je weet wel digitalb op eutelsat2 16 oost tuner1 ziet de zenders wel en vindt ze ook.

 

tuner 2 vindt de zenders niet...

 

jij had destijds nog email naar topfield gestuurd hierover.

 

alvast bedankt voor antwoord.

Sorry, dacht dat ik de nieuwe beta software had gevonden maar die is van 2004

(is toen ook op 03 juni uitgekomen).

mijn topfield reageert nu niet meer op mijn afstandsbediening...

Hoi Bink,

 

Blijkt een update te zijn van 03 juni 2004, jij had daar dus ook over heen gekeken.

 

Toevallig dat die beta versie vorig jaar op dezelfde dag uitgebracht is.

 

(Vreemd dat je niet naar de huidige versie kunt updaten... Probeer eens in stapjes naar de huidige versie te updaten, met vorige firmware versies).
