Oplossing voor klik geluid in Topfield 5000/5500

Ik las op de duitse site van Topfield dit bericht .

Ik kan me nog herinneren dat er Topfield gebruikers waren die hier problemen mee hadden.

Dit is het antwoordt van Topfield Korea:

Dear Sirs,

 

I'm Eric Kim of Topfield QC team.

 

We have been deeply testing the so-called click sound problem in TF5500PVR/5000PVR

since we got the report about this problem.

But, we could not find any problem even from the test of so many stocks in Korea up to recently.

Two weeks ago, we got a problem sample by a kind user's help and could trace it for the first time.

 

We found the cause and solution of click sound problem from the thorough test of this sample.

(1) Cause

- One of audio DAC(Digital-to-Analog Converter) signal in some audio DACs is susceptible to the noise.

In our test of Audio DAC, most of test samples had no problem.

Only a small minority of DAC seem to have not so much sufficient noise margin.

(2) Solution

- Change R278 (47ohm) to 0 ohm.

If there is no 0 ohm resister, just short wire would be OK.

R278 is located between main IC (NEC D61130AS1) and VCXO oscillator.

 

We confirmed this solution by inflicting the intentional noise in the normal sets

and applying it to the problem sample which one of our distributers has.

 

 

 

Actually, only small part of audio DACs seem to have the click sound.

This is why we had such a big problem in tracing this problem in Korea.

 

 

We understand that some users are greatly suffered from this annoying noise.

So, we will fix it in Korea directly to speed up the process if you send it to us.

Want het zou ook een leuke actie zijn van een oplichter om zo veel Topfieldjes binnen te krijgen... hahaha...

Wat jij schreef had ik ook al aan zitten denken . Een eerste klas manier om

de boel op te lichten maar wat waarschijnlijker is dat deze meneer wel echt bij Topfield werkt.

Zal ook wel te checken zijn denk ik.

 

Heren , wat mij betreft is deze topic gesloten want mijn goede wil om anderen met een probleem te helpen was sneller dan de logica om eerst dit forum na te zien of dit onderwerp al was behandeld.
