Nieuw officieel image Triple dragon 12-07-05

van deze image kwam vandaag ook een niet officiele uit, de BEERMAN V8.

 

Dit zij de veranderingen:

- change: to unprotect PIN-checks, set the PIN to 0000 in expert menu.

- new: in manual-scan frequency can decreased/increased with the left/right

cursor keys. If tuner is locked, each keypress steps by 125 KHz. If

the tuner is not locked to a digital carrier, the stepwidth is 1 MHz.

- new: In manual-scan the symbolrate can decreased/increased with the left/

right cursor key im 1 kS/s steps.

- new: in manual scan are two new bars. The upper one shows the frequency

offset between the tuned frequency and the messured center frequency.

The second bar shows the ofset of the symbolrate between tuned SR and

the real messured SR. If the frequency/SR is to low, the marker is at

the left side from the center. If the frequency/SR is to hight, the

marker is at the right side of the center. Both bars shows only

correct values, if the tuner is locked to a digital carrier !

- bugfix: With a small patch to the used glib a lot of timing bugs are fixed.

The most visible difference is the infobar after a channel change. This

will not be hide before the time setup in the OSD-setup menu, but in

fact, this will stabilize a lot of internal timings such as the filters.

- update: updated greek translation. Thanks to our greek friends !

- change: if a PIN (to protect services) ist set, also the setup/installation

menus are only accessible after entering the correct PIN.

- new: Hotplug-devices (USB) gives a short message on the screen if attached

or removed

- new: most completely rewritten code for USB (both storage and WLAN).

Read the usb-readme.txt file for more informations.

- new: Initial work for parental rating. Navigate to Menu -> Maintain Lists ->

Maintain Favorite Lists and create a list with the name PIN. All the

services you add to this list are pin-protected. Services have only

to be unlocked after each power-on. To change the pin, navigate to

the expert menu. The default pin is 0000.

- bugfix: fixed all that blocking caused by the Samba server start/stop actions.

read the network-readme.txt in this ZIP-archive.

- new: there is a Samba-server included now. This one can be configured

from the GUI of course.

- bugfix: if the network was not configured at all the network configuration

menu takes the values from bootloader for the embedded network card.

The USB-WLAN is setup to 10.1.1.254/24 by default.

- bugfix: while the STB is booted and running from an NFS-share, the network

setup does not allow changes to the configuration for the embedded

network card, because this will kill the NFS-connection.

- bugfix: AC3 and DTS audio-services are restored correctly now from the saved

value in the settings.

- change: various providers sends stupid short-EI and scheduling data, which

caused wrong localized characters. Added handling for more of such

providers.

- change: added some more language-codes (some not defined by ISO) mainly for

eastern europe countries.

tot nu toe lijkt het weer alleen maar weer beter te worden. Meest opvallende voor mij is dat de menu's nu sneller lijken. Daarnaast steeds meer opties. Ze zouden ondertyussen eens aan de bijzaken kunnen gaan denken zoals een luxere PVR functie.

Inderdaad bart, dit ziet er zeer goed uit.

Met deze image laten ze zien dat het echt wel wat gaat worden.

Ontzettend makkelijk hoe je nu manuel kan scannen.

 

Ik heb meteen even naar "***geen-reclame*** "gekeken op 16 oost en ik kan hem nu ontvangen <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/biggthumpup.gif" alt="" />

 

Verder nog geen scpc getest (nog even geen tijdt)
