Fixed handling of 16:9 (Pal+) Interlaced-Material in BSP-Player (horizontal stripes)

- Menus are now being displayed correct again in the Frontpanal-Display

- dynamic changing of channel-lists disabled again, as it caused a broken timers.conf under

some circumstances and prevented VDR from coming up again

- added patch (Schorsch) for hashing channel-lists again

- Updated DVD-plugin to current version (0.3.6_b03)

- updated libdvdnav to current version from cvs

- some changes at start/stop scripts. If this reduces or stops Problems with (Deep)Standby has

to be more evaluated
