DESCRIPTION

This micro utility, was only a species of wrapper

of newcs.

It executes normally newcs and at the same time hide

the window dos in which it comes executed.

All the output of newcs it will comes redirected towards

this utility allowing therefore the minimal control

on eventual error messages.

USE

=================================================

* IMPORTANT *

Newscs must be just configured and working.

* IMPORTANT *

 

Copy all the content of the \Bin folder in the

directory of newcs and put a link of execytable

in Startup folder of windows.

Rename, if not, the configuration file used by

newcs in ' newcs.xml '.

After restart newscsgui will execute automatically

newcs and it will stay in the systray.

All the operations must be carried out through

the systray icon of newcsgui.

 

For create new language file, copy of one language

file just present and rename it in your language name.

For every row of language file, translate and modify

only what come after the ':' char.

This utility, that i made for my personal use,

DOES NOT WANT to be a debug instrument or to replace

completely or in part newcs !

The only use of this file was to hide newcs windows

and for simplifying modification and reading of the xml.

DEVELOP

Written in Delphi7, uses two external "lib" for the management

of the icona in systemtray and the some operations about strings

(attached) and the compontente of the JVCL (http://www.delphi-jedi.org/)

- CreateProcess- that I use in order to execute, hide and

redirect the output of newcs.

BUGS/TROUBLES

If there are errors you can write to me in the forum of

www.scaistar.com, forum in which I have found many of the

info necessary in order to create my small sat htpc.

Heeft iemand dit al werkend?

NewcsGUI start wel op, maar start geen newcs.exe.

Geeft als melding, dat hij config files niet ziet in directory "Documents".

Onder C: een directory "Documents" aangemaakt en hierin alle config files geplaats, maar geen resultaat.

Bij mij vraagt hij om "D:\Satelliet". Dat lukt overigens wel goed.
