Plugin for 7000/7020/56xx/500

 

Installation:

Copy RemoteTimer.cfg and RemoteTimer.so to /var/tuxbox/plugins (7020: /usr/lib/tuxbox/plugins)

Copy RemoteTimer.conf to /var/etc

Description:

-Add timer for another dreambox in your network

-Remove timer / clear / clean up timlerlist on your other dreambox

How does that plugin work?

This plugin receives the servicelist (WITHOUT ANY EPG DATA!!!) from dreambox2 (remote dreambox).

Then the plugins loads for each service the EPG Data from your dreambox1 (where the plugin is installed).

If no EPG Data is displayed, close the plugin & zap to the channel/transponder on your dreambox1,

then restart the plugin --> EPG Cache is now filled.

 

Select channel from Service-List (to get the epg list press "blue" button or "OK") and press "REC" (red button)

to add service to timerlist.

 

Press "yellow" button for getting the timerlist from your dreambox2, you can remove/clear/cleanup the list.

Here you have to make the settings for the plugin (use LINUX Editor!!!)

 

ip: is the IP adress of your second dreambox (dyndns shoud also work, but not tested!)

login: login for your second dreambox

password: password for your second dreambox

bouquet: Service-Bouquet number-list, begins with 0 (e.g. your current bouquets are: TV, Sport, Premiere, and u want to see Premiere --> bouquet=2)

 

For example:

my second dreambox have IP = 192.168.0.99, standard login & password, i have 5 bouquets, but i want to see the first bouquet:

ip=192.168.0.99

login=root

password=dreambox

bouquet=0

 

U have to set login and password, even if u have disabled HTTP auth!!!
