help met relook 400S

hallo

ik heb pas gisteren mijn nieuwe tuner gekocht en doet het niet

hij kan niet aan hij geeft na de boot een woord PANIC en blijft zo,

ik heb gepropeerd om hem te aansluiting aan pc maar de pc herkent de nieuw hardware niet,

er is iemand heeft wel een idee
