Zoals ik het begrepen heb heeft het te maken met een verificatiecode tussen kaart en receiver (MECM systeem).

 

Lees het volgende maar (helaas in t Engels) dus laad je steen_boerenkolen_Engels maar in je geheugen (of vind een leuk vertaal programma).

What is 02 Command:

Previously AVR was having code which give temporary video decrypt key to the receiver to do that avr code contain secret key and public key in ".eep" file. Avr ".hex" code contain handle for 03 and 13 cmd.

when receiver send 03 cmd.

with encrypted data...

avr take public key and decrypt it.

then rencrypt data (two 8 bytes CW) with ird key and send back to the card

now they have tough routine already in card

but there were never using it.

so avr guy also didn't coded for it.

also they dont want to release info for 02/01 cmd.

may be.

so now dish guy start using that cmd 02

which is writing some XOR map table.

which is used between 03 and 13 encryption -decryption process

first it decrypt the value received from receiver

then it xor with that 02 cmd's data

and then renecrypt with secret key.

so now this 02 cmd handle also required in file

which is very less ppl know how to write code cauz noone in freeware now knows

how it works.

so may be we can use smart card to do that part

and rest of thing we can get from card may be that solution may come out soon.

if it is possible.

or may come out with 100 % avr emulation if someone has clue how 02 cmd works.

 

There has been a change, on some channels, on the way dish is encrypting the control words. Before they just encrypted the cw's with the public keys and then the card would decrypt them then re-encrypt the cw's with the box key.

Now they are using data from the 02 to xor the the cw's before they are encrypted by the cam to return in the cmd93 (13 return).

 

This ability have been available for dish to use since day one but this is the first time we have seen it.

 

Just some more info on this.

The cards are using a 512 byte map to select 8 bytes from it to xor with the cw's to further encrypt the cw's to return in the 93 (on channels that use a simulcrypt select byte other then 80). They use a simulcrypt byte in the 03 to select the 8 bytes they xor with. These are maped from 00 to 7F with an offset of 2 bytes.

Yes it is dynamic. Yes every cw uses a seperate 8 byte xor key. For example...

If the cw1 in the 03 had a simulcrypt of 00 it would use 00 11 22 33 44 55 66 77. The cw2 most likely would use a simulcrypt of 01 and would use 22 33 44 55 66 77 88 99. The cw's sc byte is always in order, but the can go backwords too within a 03 packet. So 03 packets in order will have sc's like this.

 

00/01, 01/02, 02/01, 02/03, 03/04, 04/05

Yes it would be possible but would not be an efficiant way of doing it as the map changes every couple hours. I'm guessing it is about every 4 hours give or take.

Yes 128 possibilities but the map is 256 bytes. My earlier post said 512 which was wrong. Guess it it time for some sleep.

There is no need to brute force it. It is quite easy to get the map.

Heb op een Turkse board gelezen dat het schijnt te werken met een Rom10 of Rom11 (=MOSC-kaart van een Nagra-provider, bv. Star Digital op Türksat) en alleen nog in een Nagra-cam of Next8000 (Conax embedded receiver).
