what to do with 16c84 pic???

One month ago I ordered 2 gold wafer cards. I got two cards from the dealer, however there are large problems with programming. I assume that he sent the false cards to me. The colour is silver and at the lower surface is it white!<BR>I assume that it concerns thereby 16C84 + 24C16 cards.
