Humax 5400Z uitgevallen. Wie kan me helpen ??

Woon in de omgeving Maasmechelen ( mijn Humax 5400 Z doet het niet meer wie kan me die terug herstellen,het is geen software fout.H2.08 Tho 3.3-6.9.

Hallo Heri,

Geef eens een duidelijke omschrijving van wat er gebeurt is met jou humax en wanneer dit gebeurde.

Was je er nieuwe settingslijsten in aan het zetten of nieuwe software????

Met deze omschrijving is het heel moeilik voor anderen om je te helpen.

Ik heb eigelijk niets gedaan heeft zeker 1 maand met de soft 3.3 6.9 gewerkt een op eens bleef het beeld staan en ik kon alleen nog de schakelaar achter aan de Humax uit en aan zetten, dan ging hij weer voor 5 min en weer bleef het beeld staan, heb dan maar de soft opnieuw erin gedaan en de settings, maar kreeg dan de melding E-AC maar dat kan niet dat het de verkeerde soft is heeft toch 1 maand gespeeld.

Kon ook wel eens een voedingsprobleem zijn, volgens mij is dit al eens een keer behandelt geweest. Kijk je spanning eens na misschien klop dit niet.

En zelfs als de spanningen kloppen is het nog vaak de voeding.

Ikzelf heb dit ook meegemaakt.

Probeer eens een voeding om te wisselen met een andere humax.

Hallo,

Zou E-AC kunnen betekenen: Error AC = wisselspanning. Dan is de voeding het waarschijnlijk aan het begeven denk ik.

Best eens uittesten.

Voeding vervangen probleem blijft, heb een voeding van een goed werkende Humax getest.?

Werkt nog niet, zou het niet aan het geheugen(IC) kunnen zijn hoe kan ik dat testen?

Volgens de link van Gerdy is het een software probleem.

Ik zou cleaner van Josje erover gooien, daarna de software opnieuw installeren, en dan de settingslijst erin. Misschien is dat de oplossing, heb ik ook eens gedaan en werkt perfect.

Heb de cleaner van josje gebruikt maar stopt bij 80% en krijg dan de melding E-FE. Fail compare after flash write Flash memory is damaged.Return the main board(CPU Board)en wat nu???? kan iemand dat herstellen ???

Heb nu de soft erin gekregen en de setting, kreeg weer beeld was weer blij maar niet voor lang 3 minuten dan bleef het beeld staan en kon niets meer doen dan achter de schakelaar uit en aan te zetten en nu krijg ik de melding E-AC

E-Hn/bF -- Invalid HDF version

This error can occur when you attempt to download Non-Superset STB software to Superset or Vice-Versa. Please check the STB model and the software.

 

E-Id -- Invalid system ID

This error can occur when you attempt to download F1 software to F1-CI. Please check the STB model and the software.

 

E-AC -- Incorrect application CRC-32

Download latest version of application software.

 

E-ut -- UART RX/TX time out

There is communication problem between source and target

1) Check whether the S/W is compressed or not and check whether you used the proper download tool for the software

2) Reduce the download speed and try to download again

3) Switch STB main power off/on and try to download again

4) Reboot the PC and try to download again

 

E-Ad -- Invalid address

Humax created the hdf file with an invalid address. Please notify Humax of this error and wait until Humax releases fixed software.

 

E-Ao -- Invalid offset address for upload(Odd offset)

There was a mistake when Humax made hdf file from binary file. Please let Humax know immediately and wait for a fix

 

E-Ft -- Flash program time out

The flash memory in the STB seems damaged. Please try to download again. If you fail agian, send the receiver back to Humax to have the flash memory device replaced

 

E-It/Et -- EEPROM program time out

The EEPROM in the STB seems damaged. Please try to download again. If it fails again, replace the EEPROM device

 

E-FE -- Fail compare after flash write

Flash memory is damaged. Return the main board( CPU Board)

 

E-HF -- Invalid HDF Format

Humax made the hdf file with wrong version. Please notify Humax of this error and wait until a fix is released

 

E-Fn -- Invalid flash device

Flash memory is defect. Need to change the flash memory so please return the Main Board

 

E-AS -- Incorrect application size

Check the software version and STB hardware specification
