E-AC Error verhelpen PVR-8000 na inzetten zenders

Beste PVR-8000's Niet getreurd meer, want de E-AC error is verleden tijd. Ik heb hetzelfde probleem gehad na het inzetten van de zenderlijst! <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" /> Maar na de melding hiervan bij Humax kreeg ik wonder boven wonder een e-mail uit Ierland terwijl Duitsland mij een mail stuurde dat je er niets aan kon doen. Het probleem was direct te verhelpen door eenvoudig een prog'je ophalen via het adres van de ontvangen mail en daarmee de originele setting er weer in te blazen! <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/xyxthumbs.gif" alt="" />

Je kunt gewoon een o-modemkabel gebruiken om de setting erin te krijgen! <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/tongue.gif" alt="" />

 

 

Ik geef jullie de mij toegezonden mail en je kunt bij mij de originele setting via mij krijgen, nadat je mij ff een mailtje stuurt. Helaas was de bijlage te groot om deze hier te plaatsen. Ook inpakken lukt niet.

Dear Sir,

 

Thank you for your HCSA request.

 

Please find attached the software you require for the PVR 8000; you will need to download this software to your receiver to resolve the E-AC error.

 

You will also need to download a software download tool (WDN4OAK) and install this on your PC, then connect the PC to your receiver with a NULL modem cable (9 PIN Female to 9 PIN Female with Pins 2 and 3 crossed). You will also find instructions and a diagram of the cable needed on this site http://www.humaxdigital.com/support/support_down7.htm.

 

To connect the receiver to your PC, you will need a NULL Modem cable. The upgrade procedure is as follows:

 

- Connect the power cable to the IRD and ensure that it is in Standby mode.

 

- Connect the Null Modem cable (see below) from the PC to the IRD.

 

- Start the Wdn4oak application.

 

- In Wdn4oak, select the COM port and Baud Rate you wish.

 

- Now select the HDF file you want to download. To do this please click on the Folder icon.

 

- A new window will now appear. Here you can navigate around your folders. Select the drive and then folder that the HDF file is located.

 

- Select the file and click OK.

 

- To begin the download, click the "Go" button.

 

- You will now see the message 'waiting for Humax'.

 

- Switch on you IRD (using the Standby key), the downloading process will now begin.

 

- Please wait until you see 'End' displayed on the IRD front panel, or the Download Complete message appears on the TV.

 

- Restart IRD.

Null Modem cable used for the upgrade requires the following Pin connections:

 

Pin 2 to Pin 3

 

Pin 3 to Pin 2

 

Pin 5 to Pin 5
