Just to let you know that the problem (interference on picture and sound) is still there. However, it seems (maybe with a bit of imagination and wishful thinking) that with V 0.6

things are just slightly better.

All users of the Echostar IP300IP are having the same problem, so please, when you get around to doing something about it, our gratitude will be great.

Mines (a strong 4375) can't decode Viaccess with the 0.6Beta

 

Seca = running clean

Irdeto= running perfect, no probs

Tried lot's of different files, but still no clue of that damn Viaccess .

Hello Ushtar,

Nice to have you here. I tried the Magic Module on a Strong 4375 from/ for a friend who wanted to buy a MM and as you probably already know the module does not decode via* on this receiver. It would by nice if that’s corrected in your next release.

On the H5300 no major problems.

I am a Nokia 9800s user. The module does not work 100% OK yet on this receiver. I have tried gamma 6 and gamma7. Some channels give "green shit" , for example Euronews and TVE (Spain). After having changed channnels I suddenly get black screens only, also on FTA channels. Do you have any suggestions? Thank you for your help!

but with Betacrypt07 many interferences in the picture

he decodes irsebeta but no vcess

Is there alrady a Nokia 9800s user who successfully installed Magic module?

I tried gamma 6 and gamma 7.

After some working channels (Austria ORF1 and ORF2) and after some zapping the screen turns black and stays black, also on FTA channels. Only after a reset the TV will display

a normal screen again. Becomes black again after a few jumps between stations.

Furthermore on some stations e.g. Euronews and TVE (Spain). The TV screen runs on "tilt". with green stripes. Anyone a suggestion? I hope that you Ushtar will be able to solve this problem.

Using DVB2000-NOMI I can only get SECA.

Using DVB2000-B4-6 - I can get Irdeto, but SECA channels come out in a black screen but sound only.

 

Using the Original Nokia Firmware, I can get only Irdeto.

 

This also includes SECA GW cards as well as Fun3-in-1.

Hi,

Magic Module with gamma07 works 99% fine with Topfield 4000 with latest factory software.

 

I have only tested Irdeto/Betacrypt/Seca.

 

Cards that work are funcard (with standard 5in1 file from Boris)and I have also tested my original MOSC card 1.2, that also works!

Hi Ushtar,

I have tried Magic Module for some days now on my Nokia 9800S (gamma 6 and gamma 7, using fun 5 in 1) and it works initially, but there are still some problems. First, after changing channels for a number of times the screen stays permanently black. There is also "green trash" on some specific channels (e.g., Euronews, TVE Spain). You need a restart to get display on screen again. I hope you find these symptoms informative.

Hi Ushtar and others,

 

I have got the same problem as above on the Nokia 9902, thats logical as the hardware is the same as the 9800. An other problem is that viaccess doesn't work even if there is a valid card in the via-slot, so you need to remove the Magic-cam. This problem has to do with the Nokia software as it works in a Samsung via-embedded + MM, but also in the Samsung there is the same problem of the black screen. I hope you can look at this in your next release. Even with the mentioned points, thanks for this great work, I wish I could help to find a solution.

I am using a Echostar 3000IP like Kcplus and Opa I have also similar problems with regard to interference blocks, green lines etc
