Ik ga hem nu installeren.

* BLUE - Blue Panel (BP)

* long BLUE -> PiP (DM7025)

* 2x BLUE - BP -> Extras/Settings

Addons:

* Own Addon-Server via internet.

* Download and installation of additional features via internet from Gemini server.

* Use your own Personal addon server (configure it in /etc/useraddon.xml).

* Create your own Satellites.xml which only includes the satellites you need.

 

Camd:

* Assign of different Camd's to Stations/Providers (AutoCam).

* Change of the name and different functions over own menu.

 

Daemon / Server / Clients:

box sireel aangesloten laatste dreamup flash dan firmware 3.6 gemini aanklikken dan calculating checksum en verder gebeurt er niets meer .had ik ook al toen ik van de orgineele naar 3.5 ging de grootste moeite om die erin te zetten .bij ronald image gaf hij zelfs aan dat die te groot was voor mn dm800 .wat doe ik verkeerd?

waarom doet je het niet via het netwerk?

aan/uit knop ingedrukt houden en stekker erin.

Na een seconde of 10 krijg je een IP in het display te zien.

Geef dit IP in je browser scherm.

En flashen maar.

Jazeker, gebruik de 'stop' methode.

 

Box rebooten, powerknop ingedrukt houden totdat er STOP en een IP adres in het display staat.

IP adres in je brouwser invullen en via deze webinterface flashen.

Waarom hou je het op de vorige versie ? dat je het niet ziet wil niet zeggen dat het niet zo is.. toch ?

Misschien zijn er wel heel wat driverproblemen enz opgelost..

Ik ga hem deze avond iig even proberen, met de vorige had ik het rebootprobleem.

Nu ff vergadering, straks verdertesten maar hij boot al bij een paar testen goed door en verder werkt alles zoals het hoort.

Dat je Dreambox automatisch een netwerkadres (IP-adres) krijgt toegewezen van je modem met ingebouwde dhcp server.

Wat is precies DHCP op je netwerk.

DHCP wil zeggen dat je router het IP adres van je dreambox bepaald. Dus je dreambox krijgt zijn IP adres van je router toegewezen.
Wanneer dit niet het geval is moet je in je dreambox zelf het IP adres ingeven, dit noemens ze dan een statisch IP.

Het is eigenlijk niet noemens waardig, want slechts 1% van alle computer gebruikers heeft DHCP uitgeschakeld..........
Dus trek je van deze informatie maar niks aan, bij jou zal de "stop" methode gewoon werken.

Sorry hoor voor de informatie. 1% mensen kan dus problemen hebben met een simpele uitleg van de knop ingedrukt houden en dus is het wel belangrijk om dhcp te hebben. Mocht iemand het niet hebben dan weet hij ook waarom hij geen IP adres krijgt als hij 'simpel' op het knopje drukt. Maar goed, schijnbaar is het nutteloze informatie van mijn kant

Ik verwacht zelf dat tussen ons "hobbyisten" het aantal gebruikers met een vast IP-adres veel hoger zal zijn dan 1%.

Zullen we het hier even over de Gemini houden ipv discussie over DHCP wel of niet?

 

Ik had eigenlijk verwacht dat ik gewoon via de PLUGIN optie en dan update de nieuwe versie wel zou tegenkomen. Maar helaas, dit maar op de gewone manier dan.

Super Image. Heel stabiel, en al mijn rotor en tuner problemen zijn nu opgelost. Box heeft nog nooit zo snel gezapt...!!!
