A new Enigma2 PLi® Dreambox release is available for download.

 

The Original Enigma2 PLi® Jade3 suite contains the following images:

For all DVB-S, DVB-C and DVB-T versions.

Warning:

- Online update from Jade(1/2) to Jade3 is not officially supported, the feed has been renamed from 'jade' to 'jade3'

(the changes are such that in particular the 7025 cannot handle an online update. If you want to, change the feed url in /etc/ipkg/official-feed.conf from jade2 to jade3, but make a good backup of your settings before you update, be prepared that the update fails)

- For editing a Enigma2 (HDTV) channellist, you will need a channeleditor which fully supports the service4 type lamedb file, like for example: DreamBoxEdit 3.0 or Dreamset v2.20

Known general Enigma2 Issues:

- USB SD card detection size: (, -1MB free)

- Automatic mounts of a CF card fails: you can add it via 'fstab' which is located in /etc/

- First time entering PLugins menu: Mediaplayer : a known hotplug __init__.py problem

- Slow C-Band Scan in Asia: due to the empty feed transponders

- Network wizard: DM800 LCD screen is hard to read under several wizard settings

- Picons don't work on all satellites which contains different bands: due to the orbital position of the various bands (S,C,Ku) (serviceref)

- For DM800 SCART / AV users you may have to reboot after your initial setup to enable the audio

helaas wel, ik meen dat het een driver beperking is...

Volgens mij is de zip-file voor de DM8000 corrupt. Heb hem op twee computers geprobeerd te unzippen zonder succes.

Dat DTS is geen driver beperking. Simpelweg de hardware kan dit niet aan...

 

Dit is ook duidelijk te lezen op het forum van DreamMultimedia zelf. Gelukkig wordt er op de satelliet geen gebruik gemaakt van DTS.

hier ook, bedankt voor het melden, ik up hem ff opnieuw naar de downloadservers.

om 20:45 zal ie gesynced zijn verwacht ik zodat je weer kan downloaden, anders een kwartiertje later...

Bedankt Pli Team voor al het werk en tijd dat jullie hebben ingezet om weer een mooie image aan te bieden, het werkt goed op een DM800.

 

Alleen na het flashen moest ik even de stroom stekker er even uit en in doen om opnieuw op te starten, bleef hangen na het flashen, maar daarna super, is nu alle zenders aan het zoeken.

Complimenten dit images werkt goed, ook dvd's schokken nu niet meer wat ik met jade 2 wel had.

 

Alleen ik kan nog niet goed HD opnemen naar een mount op mijn computer, ik het de volgende regel in /etc/fstab:

Ik ben zeer benieuwd of iemand hier een oplossing voor heeft, ik heb namelijk exact hetzelfde probleem.

Hij zit er in en werkt weer prima op m'n DM800S, alweer bedankt voor het (ongetwijfeld) vele werk en de uitstekende image.

In een 8000 wel (gisteren geprobeerd en werkte) zie in de aankondiging:
