emtec usb stick 64 gb geeft melding : tegen schrijven beveiligd!

de stick zit in een ariva 102 mini en functioneert niet meer goed dus wil deze formatteren  in een windows pc.

echter ik krijg de melding als bovenstaand in het onderwerp

 

er zit geen knopje op de stick!!!!!!!!!

 

wie heeft er een tip ?

Het enige dat ik op de website terugvind is over formatteren van externe HD, met windows en tooltje.

1. The receiver supports all types of hard disk drives in housings that are equipped with an independent power supply. The sole condition is that the hard disk has to have a single basic partition that is formatted in the NTSF (recommended) or FAT32 system.

2.We recommend that you regularly archive data on your PC computer. A large number of files with recordings may slow down cooperation with the receiver (slow loading of the file list).

DVRSet - to set the partition to be used for recording.

Opnieuw een partitie op de stick zetten een optie?

Ik heb mijn Windows 7 in het engels, startmenu en dus naar "Control panel"  daar op "System and Security" klikken, daarna helemaal beneden onder "Administrative Tools" op "create and format harddisk partitions" klikken. Dan je USB stick selecteren en er met je rechtermuis op klikken en "delete volume" kiezen, affijn het wijst zich zelf. Pas wel op dat je niet je HD weg gooit als partitie.

My flash drive doesn't work / My flash drive is write protected

 

You can try restoring flash drive by using that "Restore" tool (backup data before):

If it doesn't fix the issue, flash drive should be returned to the store where it has been purchased to get a replacement.

Process to restore:

1) Plug the flash drive (certify that only the EMTEC flash drive is plugged)

2) launch restore.exe

3) Press the button RESTORE

4) A warning message is displayed about erasing data. Press RESTORE to continue.

5) A confirmation message is displayed, then press the YES

6) A message RESTORING DEVICE ... appears. Do not unplug the flash drive and wait for the restoration (1 to 2 minutes).

In het slechtste geval wordt het dus een nieuwe stick. Mogelijk beter overwegen een externe HD te voorzien die een aparte stroomvoorziening heeft.

Vreemd dat hij het niet doet weet je zeker of de flashdrive nog inorde is.

Inwindows 7 kun je hem normaal wel benaderen lager lukt niet.

de usb doet het nog prima , echter in schrijfbeheer (van windows 7) staat de status van dit medium ook op "alleen lezen"

 

dus geen partitie aanmaken of partitie weggooien mogelijk!

 

denk dat ik maar ga voor een meer stroom verslindende optie 

 

de usb harde schijf (die er nu ook al aan hangt) , je hoort dat ding de hele dag!!!
