Van die berichten krijg ik meestal meerdere per dag. Volgens andere berichten willen de Verenigde Naties mij vele miljoenen sturen, stervende godvruchtige weduwes willen dat ik hun miljoenen onder de armen verdeel, Amerikaanse Irak en Afghanistan veteranen hebben mij hulp nodig om aan hun miljoenen te komen, enz. enz.

Dergelijke email krijg ik bijna dagelijks en kan ik mij niet meer druk op maken. Ik kan alleen maar hard lachen als er weer iemand in getrapt is.

Ze pakken het internationaal aan die Nigerianen en groots.

Google maar eens met de tekst "nigeriaan gepakt met geld" en je krijgt zoveel berichten. Mannetjes die worden gepakt met grote sommen geld zonder te kunnen aantonen waar het geld vandaan komt. Een vrouw had het zelfs € 20.000,- in haar .... gestopt.

dat zo'n scam / bedrog voorkomt heeft niets met de herkomst etc. te maken.

er wordt bedrogen door een ieder die dat de normaalste zaak van de wereld vindt om te stelen van anderen.

Jammer genoeg zijn bij uitstek Nigerianen internationaal berucht voor het sturen van dit soort spam, "the boys from Lagos".

Dat begrijp ik niet. Ik heb mijn computer zeker 16 uur per dag aan staan op internet en bezoek heel veel sites maar ik ontvang nooit van zulke mailtjes. Ik moet wel zeggen dat ik gratis gebruik maak van Spamfighter. Tja, als ik een mailtje verstuur dan staat er onder in de voetnoot dat Spamfighter gebruik, nou daar heb ik geen probleem mee maar gelukkig nooit van zulke mailtjes.
